Leadership Lab

Cadets are required to attend the Leadership Lab every Thursday from 4-6pm. During this time, they will engage in various techniques and tactics. Typically, they are broken down as follows.

MS I Cadets learn basic Army movement techniques and land navigation, with an introduction to squad tactics. MS II Cadets are tasked with mastering land navigation techniques and how to execute squad tactics to standard. MS III Cadets master squad tactics and prepare for themselves for Advanced Camp (summer between junior and senior years.) Finally, MS IV Cadets are placed in leadership positions, under the supervision of Cadre members, that will allow them to oversee the training of all MS I-III Cadets.
