Decomposition in Stream Ecosystems

Module Summary

The following labs revolve around the process of decomposition in stream ecosystems.  Decomposition is known as an ecosystem function, which means that it is important in the flow of energy in streams.  Throughout the next few weeks we will set up an experiment and analyze the data.  The main focus is to calculate the decomposition rates between different treatments.
