Bird Migration

Activity Summary
Students are presented a variety of scenarios to see how human activities and natural events impact wetlands for bird migration and survival. The students become birds and must migrate back and forth between winter and nesting habitats. Some scenarios are beneficial and others are harmful, this will determine the ability of the wetlands to accommodate a certain number of birds.
