Sungkon Chang, Ph.D.
Professor of Mathematics
Sungkon’s research interest lies in the area of number theory, and he published works on the arithmetic of elliptic curves and topics in elementary number theory. He has been fostering undergraduate mathematics by participating in the journal problem solving sessions and assisting with preparations for the William Lowell Putnam Competition for many years.
