Phase Change

Activity Summary
Students will observe phase change first hand, whilst taking temperature measurements as a substance goes through the different phases from solid to gas. Students will use the acquired data to produce their own phase change diagrams. From these phase change diagrams, students will explain the instances where energy was transferred between the phases.
