Principles of Biology I, Biology of Microorganisms, Applied Microbiology, Environmental Microbiology and Microbial Symbiosis (Special Topics).

Research Interests
My research involves characterizing microbial community composition using culturing, microscopy, and molecular-based approaches. Currently, my specific interests focus on microbial symbiosis. Ongoing projects include# identifying microbes (beneficial as well as potential pathogens) associated with loggerhead sea turtles, characterizing the endohyphal bacteria of sea turtle-associated Fusarium species, and examining bacterial communities associated with the roots of Yaupon holly.
