Student Resources

Academic Success Center–Provides support services to students such as tutoring, workshops, study skills, and learning support to aid in student success and retention. 

Career and Professional Development— Assists students in the career development process by providing information about career interests, creating resumes, job interview training, internships, and job searching.

Counseling Center— Provides personal, group, career, and couples counseling, outreach programs, and workshops, and Crisis intervention. 

Dean of Students–Supports, develops and guides Georgia Southern Students. Their office provides a safe and inclusive environment for students and their support network, where they can connect with community resources to ensure learning and success.

Military & Veterans Services–Assists active duty, Veteran, military spouse, or family member students through the application process and military benefits.

Office of Multicultural Affairs— Provides mentorship opportunities, delivers diversity education and inclusion training, celebrates the cultural diversity of all students, and advocate for underrepresented groups in the Georgia Southern University community.

Student Accessibility Resource Center–Partners with students, faculty, and staff to facilitate disability access essential to advancing an inclusive campus experience.

Writing Center–Provides assistance to students who struggle with writing. This office will provide evaluation and advice on how to improve skills.
